We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. For cancellations or rescheduling requests, we require at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session time to provide a full refund of any deposit or payment made. If notice is given less than 48 hours before the session, a cancellation fee may apply, or the deposit may be non-refundable. However, we are always willing to work with you to find a suitable alternative date if possible, especially in cases of emergency or illness. Please contact us directly as soon as you know you need to make a change.

The turnaround time for receiving your beautifully edited photos varies depending on the type and complexity of the service. For standard portrait sessions and smaller events, you can typically expect to receive your online gallery of proofs within 2-3 weeks, with final edited images available 1-2 weeks after you make your selections. For weddings and larger commercial projects, the process involves more images and detailed editing, so delivery of the initial proofs might take 4-6 weeks, and final delivery of edited images or album layouts can range from 8 to 12 weeks. We always strive to deliver your images as quickly as possible without compromising on our quality standards. We'll provide a more specific estimate at the time of booking.

Once your final edited images are ready, you can browse our selection of prints on various paper types, canvases, and other mediums directly through your online gallery or by contacting the studio.
